Oats - Pasiparrupu Adai

Ingredients:


  • Oats - 1 cup
  • Pasiparupu - 1cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Red Chillies - 8
  • Asafoetida 
  • Grated Coconut - 4 tsp
  • Jeera - half a spoon
  • Curry leaf
  • Salt 


Method of preparation:

1. Soak Pasiparupu for 2 hours. Grind it along with Red chilli + Asafoetida + Grated Coconut + Salt + Jeera + Curry leaf.
2. Grind Oats separately.
3. Mix Oats + Pasiparrupu paste together. Then add onion to it and mix well.
4. Take Dosa kadai and make little dosas with it.
5. Oats - Pasiparrupu Adai Dosai is ready.

Note: Serve with coconut chutney.

CASHEW SWEET

To start my blog with the sweet , here its a 'Cahew Sweet'. I prepare this sweet at all the occasions, especially during Diwali's....Its one of the sweet which is made in a simple manner. The preparation time is also only 10-15 minutes....Enjoy the Kaju sweet ...









Ingredients:

1. Sugar - 1 cup
2. Cashew -1 cup
3. Water
4. Ghee - 2 spoons

Method for Preparation:

1. Grind the cashew to powder and keep aside.
2. Grind the sugar to powder and keep aside.
3. Take a pan, add 1 tsp of Ghee then add sugar. Add little water.
4. Stir continuously until thin layer of sugar syrup is formed.
5. Then add the cashew powder into sugar syrup.
6. Stir Well.
7. Take a plate and apply ghee on it. Pour the contents on it. Cut into pieces.
